Persilja - Gigante d'Italia EKO Pallkrage it's fantastic for cut flowersA delicate parsley with smooth, dark green, large leaves. Robust stems full of flavor that can be used, but preferably finely chopped. The leaves are also nice to use as a garnish, in pickling, on pizza, in pesto, in vinegar or other oils. The variety is fast growing and freezes well. Parsley is also a real super spice and contains a lot of vitamins A, B, and C as well as calcium and iron. (A big plus for this variety is that it is also organic!)
