WEISSBURGUNDER Scherben - Weingut Keller (Klotz) Resten af druerne bruges iVineksperten Christina Hilken siger om denne vin: "The vines of this Pinot Blanc grow in a particularly steep parcel called "Scherben", which refers to the slaked limestone found in the partly bare barren soil. The grapes are very small and the yields correspondingly low, which ensures concentration, complexity and a pronounced minerality. Over millions of years, the limestone here has crumbled into fragments that today literally look like shards. The
