It is a great red wine of recent production, a collective project of the winemakers of the Valle dei Laghi which is however based on a centuries old winemaking tradition and which embodies the best of this territory. It comes from Rebo, a native variety that has taken the best of the Merlot and Teroldego of which it is a daughter. The bunches are left to dry until late November
