Ærø Single Cask Rum 48% Hæklet Measures 37 x 37 xr Single Cask Rum is made with Molasses from the Caribbean Sea. The barrels are of Spanish oak with medium+ firing on the inside. The barrels were filled as new with Oloroso sherry, which matures in the barrel for approx. 24 months. After this, we took the casks home and filled them with our r Rum.
