It is roasted gently (at low heat) over a short period of time, so the coffee bean has retained as much of its sweetness, floral and berry notes, but still has the golden brown color that coffee should have. The Burundi bean is perfect for Pour Over and light filter. The coffee is mild and round, with a fruity aroma and a hint of plum and cherry.
