근데 글루타치온이 워낙 경구복용 효과가 미미하여 그나마 느낄 수 있는게 피부톤 변화라고 하던데 ㅋㅋ글쎄요 ㅠㅠ 일단 피부는 잘 모르겠어요 일단 두달 더 실험 해보는걸로 ㅋ 알파리포산이랑 같이 먹으면 효과가 좋다고해서 공복에 유산균과 (하루는 글루타치온 하루는 유산균 이렇게) 번갈아서 먹고있는데요 알파리포산이 빈속에 그냥 먹으면 속이 타들어가는 뜨거운 느낌이 들때가 있어서 일어나자마자 물가글 후에 물 2/3컵 먹고 한 5분 대기 후 물 2/3컵으로 알파리포산+글루타치온 먹어요 그 이후에 한 15분후쯤 아침식사 하고 있구요 그러니가 속이 안타들어가더라구요 ㅋㅋ알파리포산 무서워..산이라 그런가봐요
